Cookies, analytics, and what this site stores. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Signing in stores a session token in your browser's local storage; it exists only to keep you signed in and is removed when you sign out. Page traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that counts visits without collecting personal information, building visitor profiles, or following you across other sites. Your picks and account details live in our database and are visible to you and to the founders operating the service, never to other members.

What you do with the information on this platform is your decision alone, and it is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply where you live. Power of 3 Sports, Inc. accepts no liability for decisions made based on the analysis published here.

What you are buying. A membership is access to this platform for a set number of weeks: the weekly board, your own pick sheet, the membership consensus, and The Release. It is digital access to analysis. Nothing is shipped, and nothing is staked.

Prices and terms. Packages are $25 for a single week, $75 for four weeks, $150 for eight weeks, $300 for the full season through week 18, and $50 for the playoff package. Every package is prepaid and covers the weeks named in it. Nothing renews automatically unless you choose weekly auto-renew on My Profile: it charges the single-week price for each new game week you are not already covered for, skips weeks a package already covers, stops on its own when the season ends, and switches off any time with one click. Without it, no card is charged again unless you buy another package, so cancelling is simply not buying the next one. The first two weeks are free.

Refunds. Access opens the moment payment succeeds, so a week whose picks and analysis have already been published is not refundable. If you decide to stop, write to us and we will refund the weeks you have not used yet, less the card processing fee retained by our payment processor on the original payment (2.9% plus $0.30). If you were charged in error, or you could not reach what you paid for, we refund it in full.
